I learned more technical knowledge the project which am working especially on client interaction and calls. Also got so many appreciation that helps to grow career in iOPEX.

Dislikes

Here, most of clients based on US and mostly on Night shift Need to get more other regions projects like UK, indian cilents. There is no extra benefits like Free food, transport and company cut some amount from our salary if we use food token and cab facility.

Work environment is good and we can learn lot of things here, Also work pressure is very less compare to other companies.

Dislikes

People with high position always refer their close colleague to be upgraded to good position, Also here giving more importance to the favouritism and upgrading peoples likewise. In other words here politics going on.

I don't have any dislike about iOPEX. But the management give more benefits for the people like Salary hike, free cab, food, gift voucher.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
