Work life balance could be maintained here. No more likes.

Dislikes

You will be treated good until u drop the resignation. Hr will never attend ur call. They will reply to ur mails after escalations. Probation notice period is 2 months and after probation its 3 mnths Allowances are poor. Shift allowances can be availed only for night shift that too Rs.75 per shift. Cab can be availed but they willdeduct from salary Nothing much to appreciate. Company policies are very low...Read More

Hi, Work culture is awesome, company policy is too good management was great. Career growth also good. but job security is don't expect.

I dislike job security, remaining all good.

Work Details

Generally, my work profile is slightly differ from others. I get recognized for all my effort. As long as i get wok with closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
