I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. 1. No wotk life balance. Need to work on mirnight and weekends even. 2. Bad behaviour of Seniors. 3. They said it is hybrid work model but it's 100% WFO 4. Travelling issue to reach office.
