1. Our teams work from office for 4 days and 2 days from the site office. Hence, there is no travelling allowance. 2. Incentives are on time as per the realisation of the revenue. In real estate broking business customers generally takes 100-150 day to make a certain percentage of the payment, which is a condition for us to bill the developer. Developers take another 30-60 days to disburse the payment, entire revenue realisation cycle is 5-7 months. People who understand the Real Estate business never complain about it. This is the business cycle and every employee is informed during the induction process about it. 3. Yes, we do not provide laptop because entire CRM is Mobile App based, hence, it is not required. 4. One should understand the value of each lead in the current competitive environment. Globally companies are struggling to generate quality leads and sales professional compete with each other for quality leads. Irrespective of time one should be happy to get a lead. (We have no control on the customer's action in digital space, which date and time the reach out to us.)
