Biggest dislike is Management, specially reporting manager is not supportive if is there any delay in work he doesn't want the reason he wants to complete the task on time. There is no job security. No HR support I'm not sure are they existing? No employee benefits. Coming to cab facility they charge 420 each trip if you not cancel the roaster.

If you want to learn something, there is ample opportunity. Overall culture was good untill management change.
Management is of very old mindset. They are still stuck in how things were in previous organisation 15 years back. Top leadership acts on whim. Leaders are very biased. Management team is not at all agile. Just interested in gossip No accountability at all. It was good this 2 years ago, especially in GBS, but culture is downgrading. There a lot of pay disparity. No market correction provided for existing employees. On the contrary all cost saving is done by reducing incentives and facilities provided like no annual gifts. Not interested in retaining existing employees. Day by day flexibility is getting reduced, though when asked to HR, there are no such rigid policies. Paraniod leaders and management.
