Third class company. Senior sitting over years and years dont have any knowledge, harass the analyst. Whole 9.5 hr you have to work as a machine. The owner of the company must look toward the company and the problem. They hire a analyst of not more than 4 yr experience and don't even talk to the person respect fully. The people coming from MNC company goes in that 3rd class company and had to suffer alot. The management must look toward and please change the senior authorities, they are just enjoying over there. They don't suffer any pain and don't complies any GMP and GLP....Read More
