Immediate reporting manager, asking for one month salary, after selection in company, and start harassing from very first month. They don't even want that amount in installments also. They force for resignation and torture daily for money.

Now a days, Work culture is average, earlier it was good. Job security is also average. Company policies are becoming wurst now a days. Management is good. May be misguided by senior people and HR.
