Don't like anything wanna leave but they are not releasing my last three months salary.

Work life balance is terrible, they don't give salaries for 6-6 months if you ask to release the salary they ask u to leave, no appraisal/promotions, no job security, zero skill development or learning, so much politics, company culture is terrible if you are a girl don't join this organization if you belongs to a good family.

Salary issue always. Most of the time never received salary on time. PF gets deducted every month but still did not add any amount in our PF account. No growth in this company. No skill development. No Promotion, Benefits in this company. No proper management.

No security for women employees Forcefully reviews taken by employees to get the best place to work tag Not a good culture No transperancy No proper HR polies for women safety No personal life Very unprofessional work environment So many frauds found by the higher authorities and also taken to the HR notice but no actions been taken against it. In total not a good place to work at all

There is no work life balance.. Your superiors will call you or msg you at 11pm in night and expects that you should be available.. Top level management does not even have experience in education sector and does not even know basic English or how to write a mail.. No travel or mjbile reimbursement.. They just expects you to spend from your own pocket and if you don't do then they threaten to face the consequence.. You issues are grievances are never addressed as bosses are way to busy in licking of super bosses. HR is slow they are least bothered abt the employees...Read More
