The work culture is toxic and outdated. Colleagues lack any understanding of professional etiquette , blindly calling higher up’s Sir,,as it’s a rigid hierarchy from another era.there is no respect for individuality. Managers completely ignore low level employees like low level job holders. Treating them as invisible and unimportant.promotions and recognition are entirely biased, based on favoritism rather than merit. There is no professional development.it’s a highly demotivating and suffocating place to work. How can employees to improve with their Old laptops and old software’s.
