Nothing to like in this organisation. Very uncultured peoples and unethical people in the workspace.

Dislikes

Organisation will not think before taking any action against the employee, Very rudely behaved management. They treat employees as criminals. No valid reason given for termination. Inspite of giving 100% of dedication towards work, no matter it is weekend or any government Holiday's, worked hard for the company welfare but they did not notice the efforts.

Its a best place to learn new tech and apply it on the projects while learning.Culture is not bad not so good but average. Company policies are straight forward not so complex and easy to follow and management is supportive.

Dislikes

The collegue were very supportive which gave me opportunities in learning many things and grow while working having fun at office with events like celebrating the festivals in the office.the appraisals happens every 6 months.

Dislikes

Very bad company if it comes to management, there is no management hierarchy. They are directly giving work, no technical KT, no time to understand any code flow or project, directly they will assign work. If you will be unable to do the same they will fire.
