I love to work as assistant engg. In Intex because I had learnt so many things in Intex. Who to balance work life, learning slots of things which I just had to learn in books. Who to work in pressurized environment.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high but the growth is slow and terminate employes without any reason just becoz u have low sales graph.

I joined as a fresher in Intex and I learned so many things. I found many challenge in staring but has the day was pass I feel more confident about my working..

You can grow if you can please you seniors with whatever they need.. Whatever means whatever they ask for.. The culture here is too bad specially for females.. U really need to be very diplomatic or strong to handle all this. They hire you and fire you the next month so no job security. The leadership team is the worst and they are not ready for the change .. They continue to practice the principles from last 20 years which hinders the growth of the Co. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
