Nothing, the management is pathetic. Its hire and fire policy and they don't train nor help. Typical Byjus culture.

Dislikes

No help whatsoever. They bully their employees and make them work 14-16 hours a day without any Overtime and draconian practices. Do not apply whatsoever. All the reviews on Glassdoor and Ambitonbox are paid

Ok ok Managers are in my opinion undeserving and unintelligent people who do not deserve to be there. Emotional immaturity ruined an otherwise fantastic product, not just for employees, but also for the customers.
