Though i have not worked in any other organisation as it is my first, but with the know-how of the industry i can surely say that it is one of the best organisation to work with if you have passion for your work and want to grow as an individual. Work atmosphere is brilliant, people around you keep challenging you to do better. They pay you very well if you deserve.

Dislikes

I don't have much to say in this column. My understanding till date says, if you have "it" in you negativity will run miles away. Though training is one part where they are not focused on and you need to take a lot of self initiatives in this sector.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
