Management and company policies are poor and not clear.

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary not decent, company deducted almost 50% ctc which is claim to clients on your behalf. Pf also deducted from your ctc. Company fully depend on third party service like pf, salary & tax management, food and accommodation, so lots of issues are arises and not addressed by management.

Much difference in CTC and Take home. In all company they only pay bonus, incentives. But this management giving bonus to us by debiting our salary every month,which includes in our CTC. Allowances will be paid by very delayingly they not pay in salary but they pay separately after 15days of salary credit and totally waste to join. Salary expectations are also too poor.
