The employee can have the liberty to show his/her creative side while working on any project. Mostly people are quuite encouraging.

If you believe in having a work life balance, then this place isn’t for you. The work never gets divided among the team, there is a strong sense if biasedness towards a few colleagues. Also, if you ask about the appraisal, it is quite bad.

Team appreciates seniors , workload for juniors and if some mistakes happened by junior it is given as a memo but if the mistake is done by a senior then it is resolved internally and no emails /memos required.

I am part of a Global team. I never had any issues with management. I feel like they are very caring for all the employees. Payment wise also its good, not a big paymaster, but it can be counted in top 10 in India.

Personal and professional life is managing as compared to another media company. The heads is polite and if not understand they will help us so many times we asked questions they are not judging us.

Everything is good here.just a things like I am missing here like having some refreshments parties, programms, activities-cricket competition, welcome gift,team outing or Picnic or if anyone deserved to go out of India for office then this will benefit for that person is missing, food coupons if possible please include some little things.

I really enjoyed my work here. The team were I work last five and half months,my experience superb.All supporting staff with the IPG.Here I learn new things.IPG give me peace and job satisfaction.
