The NGO is very dedicated towards its cause and I feel highly privileged to be a part of it. The ngo has helped me learn new things everyday with new tasks.

There is nothing to dislike. I feel very content with the tasks and missions people are working on.

It's amazing to learn new things on Internshala. And it's a great platform to not only learn many things but also to apply to some great jobs or internships. It's so amazing to learn things at your home online and getting a certificate as well.

Dislikes

At Internshala, I only don't like the fact that It doesn't have a large variety of jobs. For example, I'm a multitasker and I'm looking for jobs in field of teaching, event management, dance teacher, or singer, etc. So here, this type of jobs are not provided. Mostly, jobs related to corporate world are seen here. Which makes me and others like me unhappy.

Work Details

My experience is amazing. I'm just a little bit worried about my career just because, there are very few or no vacancies nowadays in the fields in which I'm seeking job and Internshala doesn't provide jobs in those fields.

Internshala provides variety of trainings and courses. It offers internships and jobs as well. It's a great platform to learn a skill and get a certificate.

Dislikes

I like internshala in every aspect, the only thing which I dislike is that it doesn't provide much related or expected kind of opportunities. Also, the offered stipend is low generally and most of the time the jobs are for experienced only. Freshers hardly get any chance to apply and get hired.

I haven't worked with internshala ever. As, I didn't get any job till now from the platform. But, I have completed many trainings here so I love this platform.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
