- Growing company - Lot of learning opportunities - Good Salary hike as compared to other companies - Agile working culture, working on the latest tech stack - Upper management is approachable - Reimbursement of courses and certifications - Good medical insurance

We are extremely focused on culture and this is a challenge during a pandemic but we hope that the learning and agile culture continues to improve for you and continues to reward your career. The suggestion of having a focused training process for "Freshers" is very good...we promise there will be more to come in that area!
