Thank you for your feedback and for taking time to review ITS. No company is perfect, but we hope that we improve together with our employees - we cannot do that alone! We are extremely focused on culture and this is a challenge during a pandemic but we hope that the learning and agile culture continues to improve for you and continues to reward your career. The suggestion of having a focused training process for "Freshers" is very good...we promise there will be more to come in that area!

Thank you for your candid feedback and summary of our organization. While ITS does pride ourselves on incorporating new technology including being up to date on new AWS Cloud technologies including Lambdas and Node JS, we understand that working with new technology is not a perfect match for everyone and every developer. ITS does have a very flat organization structure as well, this is true. While our culture benefits from direct and inclusive conversation and involvement, some employees want to work in an organization with layers of management. Work pressure is a serious area of concern for us so we are actively hiring and will continue to hire qualified team members to help provide relief, back-up, and a more stress-free culture. If you are still a member of our organization, we hope that you have experienced our increased level of engagement, involvement, and collaboration throughout the entire organization. We've been extremely focused on improving our culture of collaboration and removal of unsatisfying tasks and have made great strides in 2022.
