There is nothing to like about this organization.

No job security, seniors will only try to insult you and degrade you despite of someone who's working hard. They lay off people after they no longer require a candidate after certain event. Saturday and sunday are also working on event days. Managers will forcefully ask you to put resignation after they no longer require you. There are no defined work timings and they will make you work beyond 10 in the night also. Managers are not supportive and leaders are just worst. Work is not as per JD and they'll expect you to work in all aspects. If you don't want mental peace then this is the company you should work for couple of months as they will traumatize you so much that you eventually will resign....Read More
