Everything is messed here, senior management and senior scientist act like illiterate, no work ethics , not employee friendly, salary is too low, increments are very less, not welcomed new ideas.

Nothing like that. A worst company and very bad environment.

Dislikes

Everything is worst. No scientifc environment. Puchase deptt also delays procurement and favours some specific vendors to gain something. HR peoples and policies were worst, they always used to think, how to deduct employee salary.
