No job security at all.any time they can throw u out without any reason if u r not buttering upper management...worst work culture... Floor is like a fish market... Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

They have the right to terminate you in 5 minutes staging any reason possible. Rotational shift: in the name of rotational shift your shift can be changed every week. That's right! Your sleep cycle is screwed. There are forced OTs and then you will rarely get paid for them, that's but obvious! The transport system is a different kind of Hell. They'll bring you to office 1 or 2 hours before your shift. The management can hold/ stop the cabs at their will to make you work for extra hours. Oh yes, there are guard on the production floor to stop you from going out. Your washroom breaks are monitored and you can definitely get fired for taking more than 3 washroom breaks in 8 hours. There's a dedicated team of HRs and officials whose sole job is to count and deduct as much is humanly possible from your salary and the hours that you have worked. Oh and did I mention the cab service is not free, and is mandatory for women....Read More
