Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Absolutely the worst company to work for - it's a complete disaster from top to bottom. The CEO is a walking example of incompetence, with absolutely no clue about what he wants or how to run the business. The Directors? Equally Lost, stumbling around aimlessly without a shred of vision or leadership. The workplace is a circus of chaos - constantly yelling, noise, and zero professionalism. Forget about processes; they don't exist. It's a free-for-all where the CEO shout louder instead of actually solving problems. The CEO's idea of a review is barking at everyone like a lunatic, with no constructive feedback on purpose. He's the most absurdly idiotic individual you could ever work under. The cherry on the top? He throws the F-word around recklessly as if swearing is the magical key to establishing authority. It's not leadership - it's pure toxic buffoonery. Avoid this hellhole at all costs!...Read More
