As the company is performance culture oriented, you will be given multiple initiatives to drive (15+ KPIs to drive Daily, 10+ KPIs to drive Weekly, 15+ KPIs to drive Monthly, 10+ KPIs to drive Quarterly). In short, be workaholic.

Targets are not based on logic and population. It depends on person to person. If u achieve something this month, u r dead from next month onwards. You have to get used to the following sentence everyday: Your very existence in this company makes loss to the company (they will even tell u the value- the Opportunity Cost). And best part is that they seldom visit the market. If they visit, they do not visit to study the market but to study your drawbacks and make documented mails accordingly.
