I have learnt a lot from my organization. It has given me a lot of knowledge and good position in the organisation with good number of responsible is as a Station incharge for a department, and also I am a trainer for entire south team in Indigo airlines.

Dislikes

My company had played a very major role in development of a personality and knowledge towards the industry. The only thing which I think I dislike as I have to growth in the position vertical but the same is not implied on the financial vertical

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
