Nothing is likable in this organization if you join that company be ready for hanging yourself because no one is supportive here. They play only blame game in internal department & HR's are only for scam in your salary & CTC packages. The office time is 9am to 6:30 but they also work in midnight & even saturday and Sunday. Higher management & HR Management are so worst ever, They try to get review from their employees to set a good reputation but reality is very worst. I have one year of experience in this organisation. The HR department and Software Testing departments peoples are very supportive. and I found very good work environment here. I will strongly recommend interface Microsystems.
