Your job is not secure when any project ends your employment is also discontinue.I would like to give suggestion to CMD and HR head that please transfer the employees to other project when project ends.

Ict Pvt Ltd is leading consultancy company in road construction the most valuable thing I like most that the higher authority is this company is very helpful.

Dislikes

After completion of any project the HR management discontinue the service of lower employees like accountant, cashier,office boy which is not good I just want to give advice to HR management that don't discontinue there services please transfer them to other site office.
