Some of the managers are very helpful but once you ask for raise behavior changes, many people drop down there paper just to get raise (till then no one cares) appraisal cycle is pathetic, false promises.

Generally my work was challenging, as i were introducing new tools in team to better track KPI's & driving revenue from that tool. doing all the analytical reporting for all blue chip client.
