Not preferable for long term relationship with this company. 1. Mentor gonna scold at you in front of every one on the floor which I has been experianced 2. No work life balence, work for 11 hours in a day, still got bullied and scoldings from higher authorities 3. Forget about dayoffs, no government dayoff nothing 4. They will fire the employee in a regular base. As per my experiance if you are having sales everymonth, reaching the targets means you can survive here, or else direct fire. 5. after hiring the candidate within less then 1 month only they fired many freshers (to fire within one month only they will hold the 1st month salary so that release on 4th month bullshits) 6. They will show higher package in offer latter 5LPA + 4LPA variable so 9LPA and Starting 6 months will be trainee/Internship on those, dont fall for this trap because they will reduct the salary in name of pay of loss, plus for not reaching the monthly targets. finally you will get payment around 15k something based on Loss of pay 7. Work culture is amazing because you get to learn lot of skills from handling patience to providing the solution. Here, I understood the meaning of customer, as they treat their customers as everything. Managers and seniors help you at every step whether it is professional or it is helping you to find a hostel where you are new in the city. Company also conducts small events every month taking care of your mental health by serving good snack, music, games and refreshment. HR policy is much better than other companies, you always receive your salary on time, you can claim your insurance without any hassle, incentives are processed as promised, etc. Good place for growth....Read More
