Work culture is amazing because you get to learn lot of skills from handling patience to providing the solution. Here, I understood the meaning of customer, as they treat their customers as everything. Managers and seniors help you at every step whether it is professional or it is helping you to find a hostel where you are new in the city. Company also conducts small events every month taking care of your mental health by serving good snack, music, games and refreshment. HR policy is much better than other companies, you always receive your salary on time, you can claim your insurance without any hassle, incentives are processed as promised, etc. Good place for growth....Read More

Amazing work experience and amazing company. Cannot believe how my last 1.5 years passed. Role is competetive, sometimes stressfull too, but the management, flexibility, and support from colleagues as well as HR department was very supportive. Good environment to start working. It has been amazing journey working with Intellipaat, which is my third Ed-tech company and I must say that this company is one of the finest firm as compared to other companies I have worked. Managers are approachable and always supportive, they are available for guidance that whelps you slot. sometimes, work is too much but it happens everywhere so it’s fine. The work culture at Intellipaat is empowering. It keeps you ahead of industry trends which aligns well with the current market. I have been working here from few years as a content manager and no I feel its the correct time for me to drop a feedback for the company. Work culture here is good as everyone is approachable and you feel welcomed when you join the company.
