We actually get to own our work unlike other organizations where they just tell you take ownership of your work but you are never the owner of your own tasks. I got to learn alot while I was working in Intellection. I got to have experience of working on various projects which helped alot to grow. The people here are very sweet and work culture is great.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

Dislikes

Toxic work culture Everyday overtime is a normal thing and if you resist then you get extra pressure. Money is a great issue, they always lack funding due to which sometimes they forcefully make the employees quit. Many big false promises. Managers and CEO are abusive and overly aggressive.

Job security is worst, they may fire you if they feel they pay you more. Work culture is totally unethical. Management is run by 2 so called project managers who are completely heartless and can fire anyone whom they don't like/who understands them to be incapable.
