The organization does look after the employee but like its said people make the organization grow. Nothing of such happens here

Dislikes

Its terrilbe expereince to work with intellect design arena . The people been there for ages havent moved out of the company are fit for nothing and do no good to other employees. Only people who can butter those kind of nasty people can survive. Zero job security.

Work pressure is zero. But emotional torcher is something that is difficult to cope up
