Nothing is there to feel good about, everything in this organisation is messed up. What ever written in your offer letter and what actually they are following is having major gap. CEO is the most coward person and strongly support micro management and rest other management people are just puppets.

Salary never comes on time. Too much micro management. Very insecure leadership. No work life balance. You cannot avail earned leaves during your probation period. No allowance for over time. Coward CEO who just have long tongue to do all work and only knows about how to do dhandha. No humanity ground left in him and treat everyone like robot. And want you to work like 18 hours and forget about your personal life and family life....Read More
