I have been working in Intelegencia since almost 2 years and the experience is pretty good so far.

They are just supporting us in work from home for internet bills.

They have sent a mail that there is no harm in business during lockdown and covid situation, still they have deducted people's salary which is ok it was not known how the situation will be after few months. But now when the business is good. They have deducted our arrears of 6 months, they have given hike of 2000 to 2500. Worst management

It was ok in office but at home it's ridiculous, they don't see day and night they just tell us to do this and that.
