Fear culture. Disrespect to employee opinions. Louder ones are heard more than the ones making more sense. CEO thinks lowly of his employees. Employees are overworked. You will lose any spark of creativity or motivation working here. Lack of new projects due to an exaggerated company ego. If they hire you for any specific project and if your work is finished after two months they start torturing you to resign in a very different way. If you are senior developer then they put a less experience resources to take you over as soon as the critical part of that project is finished. There is no job security.
