Good company for freshers to start their career.

Very bad work culture. The HR is just a puppet in the hands of management. The management is crazy. My manager wants us to tag breaks even if we are talking to each other. We are supposed to maintain pin drop silence for 8 hours straight but the manager will laugh and joke with its favourite people all day long. But apart from fav people, other's cannot even talk to someone sitting next to them without tagging break! They want people to tag breaks to use the washroom also. Whenever anyone has raised these concerns to HR, the HR says we will do something and then the HR goes and shares our complaints to the manager itself making associates' life more hell. This company is very bad with no concern for its employees. Affected my mental health a lot. The employee turn out is also very high. I celebrated 20+ farewells within 1 year. They don't care about employee retention as well. HR doesn't even take exit interview. Just leave bye bye....Read More
