I have just got to learn some new skills other then that work environment, culture and management are terrible. Terrible work-life balance.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and the management would resolve the issues in the favor of their favorites. Salary and hike would also depend based on your terms with management, "The more of sugar coating with management, the more of growth".

Job security is there even they are paying very well in terms of extra days and night shift allowance, they have started many fun activities and games for employee engagement. Good start for freshers.

Rotational shifts are there. You may suffer from partiality and favouritism issues.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
