Dear IPS Management, Since You are running an HR Outsourcing firm, Listed on the stock exchange. But you need to improvise on the below 2 policies at least. 1. Still you are releasing salaries to your employees on the 10th of each month, In today's world which listed company is releasing salaries on 10th? Your business is in HR domain and you do not understand the importance of the salary release date. 2. In the probationary period ( 6 months) employee can not take paid leaves in IPS? why this policy still exist? Totally exploitation. Salary Release Date We understand the significance of timely salary disbursement and its impact on employees' financial planning. While the current policy of releasing salaries on the 10th was set considering internal operational workflows, we recognize that aligning with the industry standard of releasing salaries at the start of the month can enhance employee satisfaction. This matter is already under review, and we are exploring ways to streamline our processes to facilitate earlier salary disbursements without compromising compliance or operational efficiency. Probationary Period Leave Policy The probationary leave policy is designed to encourage stability during the onboarding phase. However, we acknowledge your concern that the current policy may come across as restrictive. We are in the process of benchmarking this policy against industry standards to ensure it is fair, competitive, and conducive to employee well-being.
