Salary on time.

Dislikes

Managers do not have relevent experience. Team work not recognized by manegers. Very low experience manegers, Rude behaviour in office floor. Environment is not healthy for satisfactory work.

before 2018, the management was knowledgeable and smart.

Dislikes

The MD doesn't know anything, he was fired, internal politics, HR Head keep sacking people without paying for the notice period. very bad culture and no job security.

I was part of MEP BIM team for 8 years, initially, it was good to learn but after the management change, the culture is very bad.
