Management is very poor, for their sake they will put you in danger. Without any prior notice you can be sacked. Dictatorship is in QS department. They mentally torture their employee. No respect for talent. Working environment is so poor. Work life balance is zero, you have to stay at night also most of the time.

Dislikes

Teammates are good but few managers are so bad. No training will be provided to you. No job security as i was sacked for someone else mistake. They make excuses when it is come to appraisal, like this year we did not projects so you will not get appraisal. So much politics in QS department. Learning is up to you how badly you want to learn. Great opportunity for learners. Working environment is so poor because of dictatorship....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
