Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. The most likable thing about the office is that weekends are off. Few people are really good to work with if you get a chance.

Dislikes

Run by old school people who don't know how to manage people. Management is very bad, would Interfere everywhere from work to even personal life. they will note time even if you go out for 5 min break. You will be watched over by CCTV all the time. Just keep saying yes all the time to management to get promoted otherwise life willbecome difficult. if you know how to butter up people you will have great opportunities.
