Highly Toxic TLs, you are not judged on the basis of the work instead on basis of flattery. Management doesn't care employees and are heavily relied on TLs. 11+ working hours in a day. Monotonous work after a point of time

Everything. If I talk about Knowledge perspective , the learning curve is pretty much or downword Trending. For an MBA or Other higher Qualification holding person it does not worth. And there are long working hours.

- Poor management - Decent salary but slow career growth - Unnecessary micro manegement in day to day working

You're not actually doing financial modelling here, estimates are outsourced from brokers. During earnings period you'll have to work for 3 saturdays, also work pressure is massive during this time. Good option if it's your first job.

Usual working hours at InSync are 10-12 hours. No Overtime- They say you will get to prepare Financial models but all you do is become a "Average Maker" Work culture- Lot of politics i am a lot. No job Security at all- A guy working for 5 years was fired for a petty reason
