I had very frustrating experience with Insurance dekho. From the starting communication was poor, there always was a delay in response and when i did get answer they were vague and unhelpful . The broker assigned to me seemed to disinterested. The policies offer were confusing,and when i. Ask for clarification it fell like they were just trying to push product.

Team leader is not supportive. all time bullie and use bad language, manners and not guided clearly. workload feel every time. how to do work in team member is not clear?

Pathetic work culture, no conveyance processing as per commitment, currupted middle management, lack of transparency in partner payout, unrealistic targets given, daily torture for targets, management don't trust on employees, every 2-3 hours you have switch on the camera and share the location, asking to visit the office twice a day if don't met daiy run rate, they schedule meeting late in the evening, not safe work place female employees, strongly not recommended....Read More

I mostly liked the company's culture but it is degrading now. Salary and Benefits are average.

Dislikes

Most things are poor whether it is work-life balance, appraisal, learning, etc. It is a typical 10 am - 7 pm job if you can complete your work otherwise it is more than that. Don't assume that you can leave the office before 7 pm. Deadlines of projects are unbelievably short. If you provide a deadline according to your calculations,your senior will crunch that to the shortest. And, despite new changes even at the last moment, you must provide the work on the previous deadline as discussed earlier. If, unfortunately, your project's deadline is missed due to valid reasons, they will never forgive you for this mistake. Management is rotting. Only they have one thing is good that is parking space apart from these all type of politics are happening over there.

They don't have incentives to give to their employees.... No work timings they have they used to ask to their employees to work there 10-11 hrs of shift timings

Working stress free, get supported by the supervisors, supervisor was very polite & know how to respect his employees n team

The HR’s support is 0. comparing my problem with her problems, recruitment team was good but floor HR wasn’t

I like the work culture here just because they are good in environment as compared to another competitors in market who are dealing with insurance.

If I talk about dislikes if u are made for sales and u are freaking good for making incentives then this is not the one because it needs time to make and stable yourself for this organisation.
