Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I like the coordination of workers into effective team playing groups and support of every team player to achievement of goals, missions and visions. I also like the opportunity of intensive training provision and every week development training to attain objectives of the organization. It is true to say that we work under a well secured environment and safe work environment while doing our work. Concerning salary and appraisal Unic went extra mile in making sure that we have our salary worth and also do appraisal monthly for promotion chances . The job involves quite lot of traveling and we are being provided with transportation as the case may be. Conflicts challenges were being handled with utmost care and importance and resolutions were made and reconciliation and ensure the signing of codes of ethics by every worker. The work environment in Unic is peaceful and encourages great thinking outside box in problems tackling and every other thing and life in accordance with the job were well planned and our roles took proper care and attendance to our customers....Read More
