I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Job training gives in a best level, but teammates are not supportive, company policies are good. Appraisal are fair by Management.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues, but career growth is slow

The job is quite interesting in starting days, after some time I struggled a bit with teammate, I learnt everything on the job . And I got a chance to wear multiple hats.
