Yes i do like to work in ILM .I really feel blessed to work in the ILM , And I am really thankful to have such an amazing directors .And I literally feel it's an opportunity to be a part but due to covid_ 19 some changes have been seen but I feel it's best INSTITUTE compete with IT sectors.The work culture was excellent and I feel to work in the same company for few more years .

It was totally perfect .And I have learnt many things which I do not know . ILM changes a person to move in a right path . It helps to learn fluent english when we are in the training period .

Guys.. Spoken English from LKG to 10th. Salary is very less, salary is enough only for 2bhk house rent. Other expenditure who will give? Don't spoil your career. They don't ever think about employees. No basic facility in the company. No rest room. I felt bad working here. Worst company.
