Excellent work environment and friendly culture. Working under great and supportive team specially manager and team head. During Covid, Company has been assured job security, provided work from home and didn't cut off single penny and taking regular updates on health.

I have worked with a professional service department. They do not have enough skilled resource who can drive the projects. The sales are closed with wrong commitment knowing the facts though team do not possess a required skill for delivering the solution. Most of the SOW does not give clarity on deliverable ending up the life of PSteam miserable. Also, job security is a major concern with the organization, I have seen some of the senior-most resources even at the higher position have been asked to move out.
