Work-Life balance is really good as we will get WFH options in a lot of projects. In some projects, we are directly managed by clients. So we won't have any kind of pressure from Inspirisys management side. No pressure to work on weekends or holidays and will get a lot of CL and PL also. Working hours are very flexible. We don't have a specific in and out time. Most managers are very friendly and will mingle with us in a good way....Read More

Dislikes

No job security at all. Very less number of projects. So due to any reason if we get kicked out of a project then there is no bench system or backup for us. We have to directly resign from the company and look for a new job. The appraisal is very less and will get an appraisal once in 2 years or so. Don't have any room for any career growth or any opportunity to learn new things.
