No support , no increments , more than 25 percent salary cuttings ,food allowance 70 percent cuttings , transport allowance cutting.

Dislikes

No support from company in emergency situation , left the employee to survive

I have to do everything without any support , Covid 19 impacts my health .I did more than my responsibilities but no benifits , some times I sacrificed my holidays for emergency works , I tried to reduce my expenses for company but no one recongnise that

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
