Flexible culture. No other likes.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

1) No work life balance. Late night calls, working expected irrespective of weekends, national holidays etc. 2) Poor appraisals, way below market rates. 3) Inadequate resources. Even for basic resources such as earphones you have to keep begging. 4) Top management keeps modifying policies as and when they deem fit. They are only concerned about saving money everywhere.
