The management is poor and unresponsive, leading to a lack of clear direction and support. There is no consideration for work-life balance, as employees are expected to work 10-11 hours per day without proper compensation or recognition. Additionally, there are no designated off days, making it extremely difficult to maintain any personal time. The HR department is unhelpful and does not address employee concerns or resolve queries effectively. Work culture. Working on odd hours, weekend and festival.(No over time) Appraisal are rare thing, if you got it then your lucky. Manager's are great but powerless during appraisal and work life balance.

job security is the thing that most of the employees looks for, and it is there in ISG.

There are lot of things that most of ISG employees don't likes out those few are below. 1. No proper Team leader. ego problem between managers leads to conflict to the developers. 2. No requirement documentation, all work given verbally, and next day they change there requirements saying It's not what I given. 3. No appraisal cycle fixed. They says that it is in april, but the process start in june and u get appraisal in july. 3 months u to wait to see what percentage appraisal u get. In my opinion this is not a good sign. 4. Also they gave lot of non technical work to developers. which I think is a not fare at all, If u raise ur voice against it then they will put u on PIP. 5. very less teams has good work culture, some teams specially the internal development teams has very bad manager. He is a training manager of company given only on training, and manages a team of developers gives they excel tasks which is his task as training manager. He thinks everything is possible in 10 to 15 mins. I have questions for him, if every task is of 15 min and u can complete whole project in 10 to 15 days. have u done so?...Read More

No facility provided to employees, poor management, if you got a appraisal after one year you are the luckiest person in ISG. Working for 24*7 anyone can call whenever they need.
